I think SaaS and Cloud will change the face of not only IT but also SW - It's certainly something I'm researching at the moment for an nugget of an idea of a SaaS based solution which I think could taker off in Ireland and beyond. I've been using the Amazon AWS for the past six months and have built images with the IBM BPM stack. In the area of private clouds, IBM have just announced a very interesting appliance called Cloudburst to help with the management of Websphere topologies on hypervisors.
